BS 9251:2021 category determination, hydraulic calculation, tank and pump sizing, pipework layouts and the drawings the warrant needs.
Supply and installation
Pipework, heads, tanks, pumps and valve sets, installed to the drawings and to the site programme.
Commissioning and certification
Flow and pressure tested, signed off and certified for handover and the completion certificate.
Annual servicing
The annual inspection and test the standard requires for an occupied building, with a written record for the building owner or factor.
