Send the GA plans and the fire strategy. What comes back is a short review: category and its consequences, the water-supply route and the space it needs, the pod and lining conditions, zoning, the electrical interface, and the certification the warrant will want.
Offer wording and turnaround: to be ruled by Mitra in step 6 (Decision Memo D7 — a date given is kept).
